gemma starr 2s No live pause

I recently had a zgemma star 2s installed and all was working fine but all of a sudden the live pause wont work all I get when I press the pause button is a grey box in the right hand top of my tv screen. Anyone got any ideas why this is. I am running OpenPLI 4.0. Any help would be very much appreciated as I am a complete newbie.

I don't know if this is the solution or not. But I'm having the same issue and I've come to the conclusion it's my USB key isn't good enough so im going to try a plug in hdd as soon as I can get one.
