Glitchy picture, signal too strong or weak?

So I've done a little more testing, and if I turn the modem off, the glitching disappears.

Is it possible that the signal simply isn't strong enough to support both, and i need a booster rather than changing the webro?

I had the same issue , albeit because I needed to reroute cables via my basement to a new location. A mate works for vermin and gave me 2 x 4 way powered splitters, not had an issue since.

All my internal cabling (co-ax) is 100 grade foam dialectic tho.

Powered splitter should do the trick , I wouldn’t as suggested above use the honeycomb air spaced co-ax either.
