H1 box

hi all im looking for some uelp please
ive just come back from holiday and my H1 box is playing up only have some channels like sports and free to air all the rest say tuner faild< ive had a look on the site to have ago myself to format the box and start again, im not sure what one is a good build and full instructions on setup also im looking for the VM skin as i have it connected on the VM side, can someone please help thank you

yes i reset internet its funny cus some work and some dont was thinking of putting new instal on
