H2 Cable Tuner not working

Hi

I have a Zgemma H1 which is working fine on VM cable. I then have a Zgemma H2 but i can seem to get this working. Every time i run a scan i get "timeout waiting for tuner lock" i ahve set it up the same as teh H1 but for some reason this H2 is not scanning. Could it be a fault cable tuner? is there any setting i need to do differently? i notices there is also a switch at the back of the box that says "Ant power" On/Off is it supposed to be on or off

Did you activate tuner B and set it to DVB-C? The 5V switch is only for terrestrial amplifier if using one to recieve freeview on the box if tuner 2 is set to DVB-T. Also check the tuner B is using the TV type plug and not a screw in F-type connector.

disable tuner A for satellite. make sure you are using a male F-plug to male coax adapter (a few quid from screwfix) for tuner B. disable the sly channels and set your region to the correct one, also enter the right VM cable region code. lists are online, use google.
i went through this rigmarole the other weekend when setting up the H2.
