hi am on a h2 just flashed fresh open vix image from zgemma I will be running cable I have disabled tuner a and have tuner b on put my net id in done a auto scan finds channels but wont play nothing not even fta I haven't done anything else I read something about swap file but not done anything just wanted to check in with the experts lol thanks a guide would be good
 
Yeah I have put right net id in for Edinburgh do auto scan finds all channels but no joy just blank . Is there a step by step guide I should do ? I can reflash easy enough but would rather not use a back up its finding stv etc and that's Scotland it's set to virgin Edinburgh 1 don't know what am doing wrong

heres a few things you could try , have you used an fconnector to sky adapter and got it plugged in the top connection at the back , also I never scanned mine I just set it to Manchester 3 and did a bouquet search , have you done a auto bouquet search for your area ?

Have you connected the box up with virgin cable and ethernet cable from your router because thats what my problem was it found all channels but wouldn't play until I connected ethernet cable as well
