H2h cable channels

Hi all, Im really struggling with my h2h box for a few hrs now. I've followed guides but none are for ROI Vm. I've got the sucmnsee image, I'm connected to the dish and the Vm line and Internet. I'm only getting the bbc and utv but not Rte etc. All of which I had on my Vm subscription. Anyone offer any advice

is the Ant Power on back of box on ? turn it off. The ant power is only for DVB-T signals

You will not get any scrambled channels until you have a line installed. You will not get these channels by paying VM for them.
