Cable H2H cabling query

I am changing from h2s to h2h but can't get my head around the splitting, even after reading and reading some more.
I have a 2 way splitter where the line reaches my property, one goes upstairs to TiVo box and one into living room and superhub
Can I still split the superhub feed to zgemma h2h and leave TiVo box in, or does that tivo need to be removed altogether ?

Thats the way my vm cables are installed mate, small box outside a cable runs up the wall and goes into a bedroom with tivo box and the other cable comes into living-room where i use a splitter to join up a cable into router and the other cable into back of zgemma, hope ive explained that ok....sounds a bit googly goop lol
