hi newbie here,was trying to load box and being new to this i pressed factory reset and think i lost lines,emailed the the seller but had no reply,i think

it could have been pre installed,does anyone know where i could themfrom a good server,thanks

If you are looking for new lines then ask in the request forum. If you want the lines that were on the box, then only the seller can supply them.
