H2H Problems

Hi
I have an h2h, and the last fews days now it has not been working on the premium channels, it comes on for a few seconds then goes off for long periods, then on again. I am using vix, my internet works fine as I also have a satellite box with a line and that works fine. The tick is always showing it as ticked, using mgcamd. 1.35a.
P.s where do I go to look at my line, as my box came fully loaded.
 
Ip address of receiver goes in host, user : root
Leave the rest blank
Look for var , click on it , then press keys
 
Is the keys folder empty or does it have 2 files in there.

Go to information on the receiver

Locate the etc folder, click on it, then move down the list and look for a cccam.cfg file, click on that and there will be two servers in there
 
Have you factory reset the receiver or anything ?
The two locations of where to put a server file you have now checked. If there's no details then the receiver will not work.
 
no not factory reset the box, the box funny enough is working just now, but still cannot see what you have asked for, very strange.
