no , I wont do a factory reset, I have checked again, clicked on etc, but still cannot see cccam.cfg file

You said your running Mgcamd so you should be looking for the newcamd.list file - right click and select view/edit and your line details should be in there - you should also have a mg_cfg file in there

Just reading back I missed the point where you said you was running mgcamd sorry (tiredness) so your details will be in var/keys.
When you click on keys there should be 2 files in there
newcamd.list
Mg_cfg

Click on the newcamd.list file and open it.
You should now see the server your connected too.
