H2H Updrade to Wooshbuild V7 Via the Remote?

Hello guys I know this is posted somewhere on this forum. I have looked so apologies. How can I upgrade my H2H to Wooshbuild V7 with the remote. I'm running Version 5. I did this when going from 4 to 5. Also does upgrading fix the audio issues? I know there has been some fixes but I don't really want to re-flash my box.

Found it apologies! I'm struggling updating though. It's saying I have to have 300MB free space? However I have 27GB free.

Thanks to makido for helping me out.

Just hit Portal on your remote.
wb config - back up your settings.
Then at the bottom you will see update wooshbuild. If you cant see that option then just use the reflash option.

Make sure you have a copy of your line away from the box.
Because although it should transfer over nothing is guarantee
