HD channels freezing

can anyone help me my hd channels keep freezing. I'm on blade 7000 my server says everything at his end is ok.
Any suggestions to resolve this issue?

Get a test line from another server
and then you have something to compare against.

You can usually get a 24hr free test.

Then you will know if it's your server
or a problem cable.

Post here for a line

If it was a cable though you would
most likely have the problem on all the channels.

Most problems are with the server, of course they will say all is fine their end as they don't want to admit their server is overloaded or using too many hops. Another test line as mentioned will narrow down the fault. Another thing to check is that you have opened the server port on your router and that you aren't downloading on the network at the same time.

hey thanks for the suggestions.I tried 2 different test lines and had no problem, so i'm about to change server.

Solved mine by going into 9991 menu then disconnecting from server by pressing green, then I changed the timeout from 3 seconds to 1 second saved reconnected and never had a problem since, it was also coming up with scrambled channel for a second also, sometimes the freezes were 3-4 seconds but could be as long as 10.
