Satellite HDDGURU where am i going wrong HELP

Hi Guys
I have formated 3 usb stick one intenso 8gb one verbatium 8gb and a sandisk
done the low level format
after this is done windows dont reconise the usb pen so i use partion magic set them as promary and logical in fat 32 then windows see's them
i then format using windows not the quick format method

copy the zgemma folder to the stick
power off plug it in power on jack sh=t happens just boots into openvix
which bit am i going wrong
i dont see anyone mention partition magic

My usb,s are always recognized by windows I always Exract the files to downloads ,Open Them, then send Zgemma folder to usb. normally works
 
they work until i do the low level format then it dont reconise it
am i using the right thing ?????
hdd low level format tool 4.25 free
 
Yep thats the 1 if windows wont do it i use Hp Format tool as it does big drives as well
 
will give that a try instead after u done the low level format does windows reconise ure pen drive or not ?
im having to partion it after the format so windows see's it then do the windows format.
does this sound right ???
