Help at my wits end

Hi I have a zgemma h2h box. I have put openatv and then wooshbuild v7, seems I can see the FTA channels but after adding the newcamd to the keys folder and installing the mgcamd at the box Nothing happens.

Please can anyone help me? I have no idea what i've done wrong. Just incase this help after I go to the box and select mgcamd_1.38r1 from the soft cam panel and hit install i get 'please see pic'.

go to softcam panel, make sure mgcamd1.38 is in active cam, then click the GREEN button to restart the cam

is the line active?
have you tried a different line?
is it cable or sat?
have you scanned for channels?

Line is active according to seller he has give me a test line before purchasing.
No idea how to try another test line.
Cable VM
yes got all the channels up I think all BBC FTA eat work fine.

The test line he gave you is live for 24 hours from when he sent it, if that was over 24 hours ago, it has expired, ask him for another
