help http 404 error file not foumd

I have just installed wooshman v4 each time I get the above message,
Hair is getting pulled out!!!!! Any help WOULD be GREAT

At what point do you get this message? ie what are you doing when this message appears?

That message normally appears trying to download when your internet is not connected.

That is were I'm getting it at the end, the cable is fully connected and there is a orange light on

At the end what are you trying to do? Press menu,information, network you should have a green light at the bottom
