If you read the forum rules and message on your profile, you will read that you have to make one post and then wait for server to update before you can download, takes about 20 mins.
Seen how you have posted take a look around the rest of forum, lots to see, while you wait :)
You'll know when server has updated, your user name will turn Blue

sharham, your name has to turn blue, for this to happen, you have to do two things, 1 make a post, which you have, 2. follow the link that was sent to you from the site, if you have done both, then just wait for the server to reset (about twenty minutes) and your name will turn blue, then you are free to go
