Help needed connecting aV8s with vitgin Media

Hi

I have had a v8s for a couple of months and had no problems, but yesterday all my channels (apart from FTA) become scrambled.

I have spoken to my chine and there is not a problem his end, I even took my box too his and it worked fine, but when I plug it in at mine it doesn't work.

On the CCcam it tells me that I am OFFLINE , but my WIFI is connected fine with a 99% signal

Any help/advice would be great

Looks like your box is not making a connection to the server, try unpluging your v8s then rebooting your router and then try again

I had my server changed

ahh so its wasn't your router but your old line, well glad your sorted :)
