Help needed please - any usa satellites?

Hi All,

I’m about to move to USA at the end of the month, I was wondering are there any dishes/Satellites for the USA?

I mean anyone got any idea if the UK boxes would pick up a signal as I will be moving to Boston and its all Comcast?

DIRECTV 7S | ECHOSTAR 14 | 7 (these are the two most popular satellites in the USA)

Any pointers or help would be much appreciated.

maybe thinking use what may be over there as the main reason may be a voltage difference.
