Help needed please.

My zgemma 2s is stuck on a boot cycle. I can only really get access to the box via filezilla. Can I delete everything and reinstall firmware to get it to boot? If not or there is a simpler way I'd be very grateful for some help.

If you can access via fliezilla then take a copy of your line details and then just flash with a new image using a usb pen

If you know what caused it before it happened you may be able to undo it via filezilla?

I was halfway through trying to install wooshbuild. I've tried putting openvix onto a USB and inserting it into the back port but it still does the boot cycle.
