Newbie
Hi all,

I got a H1 Zgemma box to put into my sisters house on VM for some reason i had many problems with getting this working but in the end gave up and just installed a Sly Dish on her house and used a new H1 box installed Sly with no problems, All working fine!

Now for the Box i used at first i used this my self at home so i factory rest it the box flashed it with the same firmware i used on my sisters new box, for some reason i cant get any paid channels to work?

Since i could not get it working i gave up :( since then i have installed another 3-4 H1's to friends and family with no problems following the same guide i have used from the very beginning of me installing Sly onto the H1's.

i have got a fresh line that i have tested on a old Openbox so i know its not the line and my Sly signal is 98% so it cant be that i have also set up may box's at home for other people but the box i am trying to use for my self just wont work :(

Dose a factory reset Really RESET everything ? or is there a better way to wipe it back to the beginning as i am really stuck on this one?

PLEASE HELP :(

Try re-flashing with a different brand of software and then back to the software you prefer.
Sometimes a re-flash of the same software does not delete the old files and install the new files correctly.

If your using mgcam I've seen a few posts on here regarding a corrupt mgcam file that's been on some builds, it maybe worthwhile trying to source these new files on here and adding to your build. Not entirely sure which post it was on, but if you use the search facility it should flag up. Its a long shot but there are defo tekkers having issues with a Mgcam file that's been used

downloads have the mg_cfg files one needs.

The Config files needed for mgcamd are mg_cfg
Which contains this:

Both files need to go into /usr/keys and you should be able to start the cam.

If it isn't installed it may be available to install from the plugins menu
(Not sure what image you are running -so guessing)
