Help needed setting up ZGEMMA H2H with VM

I go to set up my H2H with VM, all cables correct, only get Tuner A and it's set to astra 28.2, also cant seem to change provider ect, or scan any channels

This is mine in the settings for the tuner go back and make sure you network ID is set to your current location and and copy the rest if you haven't already

Need to disable Tuner A and enable Tuner B for VM.

Also make sure the cable feed is in the correct socket using an adaptor.

I have recently bought a h2h but have not set it up yet, do i need a 12 month gift like and open box to use it on vm cable?
