Help needed v8s open box Chanel scrambled

I would appreciate anyone's help I bought a v8s open box with 12 month gift from eBay 6 weeks ago and now every Chanel has been scrambled for the last 2 days the seller has left eBay and I have updated Chanel list anyone any advice freeview channels work and my internet is fine
 
The subscription is suppose to be 12 months just gone off so not sure what's happened do you think this will solve it if I get a new subscription

Join the club....bought one of those boxes recently....packed up within days ...only to find the seller has gone country!
