Help no picture through hdmi.. newbie

i, After few weeks of regular vision all of sudden there is no vision trough the HDMI, on 50 inch samsung tried it on my brothers panasonic 50inch nothing..
I changed hdmi cable, , I changed the picture resouloution reinstall firmware, still no vision through the HDMI.yet it works on my 20 inch tv in the bedroom complete puzzle
Any help?

mine under Video basic settings. HDMI, auto res disabled, mode 1080i, Reresh rate, multi, Display 4:3 just scale, Display 16:9 content as Letterbox.

You could just try a factory reset of your screen I have read something like this before.

can you get picture using the av cable (2 for audio one for video - red white and yellow) as I had a Star S and had same problem and turned out the HDMI port was knackered
