Hey all, got a BM8000, used to have a sly feed but moved to VM in April. Not had any problems until 3-4 days ago when screen started freezing after about 10 seconds. If I channel flick it comes back again 10 or so seconds. My supplier thinks it’s my splitter and I’ve had it for around 5 years(from virgin). Do you think my splitter has stopped working? Should I just buy a new one or do you think my virgin feed(still says telewest) on the wall has gone? Need some advice guys. Thanks in advance
 
you could also try a test line first, if the test line is the same the check your splitter and cabling. If the test line has no freezing then it could be your provider
 
Good thinking. I have just replaced all wires and plugs apart from the splitter so I have just bought one from eBay, should have I Wednesday. If no change with that I will try a testline. Thanks
