Help pls

Can anyone help me please .. I've got a sky f5 box woke up this morning saying SCRAMBLED. . I don't think it's the C line but can some one send me a test line so I can see if it is the problem . If it is I'll pay for the year.. Also is there any way of checking to see if the line works .
 
Press menu, goto Network local Setting, choose camds Setup, choose CCcam client setup, manage config files, press enter when 1 CCcam.cfg is highlighted. This will tell you the status of your line. Also on Network local setting page if "Upgrade by network" is grey then its not connected to the internet.
