HELP!!!! setting up a Skybox m3 how to guide

I've just bought a skybox m3 from eBay (271084071165)

I've just received it today and can't set it up, thought it would be a plug n play but then I'm wrong.

Can anyone help or point me in the right direction to setup or at least start viewing channels.

Im using a sky dish feed from the original sky setup I had, is this right?
