help with power levels

hi, i am getting freezing on one of my two zgemmas, one is perfectly happy, but the upstairs is freezing a fair amount here are my downtream data

are these too low/high? do i need a booster, or is it a vm problem, any help much appreciated

Ideally the levels should be between -6 and + 10 so your levels are on the low side.
Double check all connections to boxes and splitter fitted etc.

Remove one of the boxes and see what power levels you get.

A engineer might be able to bring the levels within tolerance but that would only apply if they are out of tolerance with no boxes connected etc.

Try the box thats upstairs on the other cable to see if it still glitches etc.

Possibly a hdu 200 powered splitter will bring the levels back up depending on the power levels at source eg no boxes running on the lines etc :(y):
