Help with xpeed lx1 & mg_cfg file

Just bought a xpeed lx1 flashed with vix images from world of sat. Used the thread to request a test line and put that into a notepad file changed the beginning from N: to CWS = . however the paid channels still dont seem to come up..i read that you need a mg_cfg file inside the keys folder but theres not one there..any help please?
Also i used dreambox control centre to ftp the files into the folder on the box.

try in users etc N: info looks like this in mine 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 1 example lots deleted out if helps

You will find both files you need here http://www.techkings.org/general-cable-tv/65283-guide-how-set-up-e2-combo-box-vix-image.html For your line ,Edit your line details in Newcamd list file and transfer both files to usr/ Keys

I always use Notepad++ its much easier for editing newcamd.list as notepad it not as easily laid out. If you can't find an mg_cam file I can email you one, also newcamd.list with an example line if needed.

i believe there are 2 different mg_cfg files about one that uses 1.36a and other 1.38 lol,no wonder one gets lost ?

I have always used the same config file never had any issues as long as it is set to auto when detecting your box type.
