Help Zgemma 2s Cross epg problem, nothing in provider boxes

Hi I am having problems with my crossepg. My XMLTV provider folder is empty as well as my OpenTV provider and also XEPGDP provider How do i get them sorted if you would be so kind.
I have sucmnsees image on a zgemma 2s. Do i need to reflash or am i missing something? Be gentle with me please I am a bit of a technophobe!!
