HELPPPP premium channels stopped.

Hi guys I'm new on here and not great with technology unfortunately.
I got the zgemma s2.

It's been working great until last week the movies/sports channels stopped working.
I've rebooted box, reset router, automatic scan, auto bouquet maker scan, restarted ccams, checked Internet connection which says it's working,
Am i missing something, any advice would be much appreciated? ????
 
Sounds like your line is it n or c line have you contacted your line provider. I can test your line for you if you want fully understand if you dont want to send me your details.
 
Sounds like your line is down Get a test line just to prove it then get back to your line provider
 
It's a line coming from box and goes into an adopter which then goes into the wall telephone port, then a wire comes out of that and goes into router.
It has worked fine for months .
Sorry if I'm not making sense .
Not sure about this stuff.
 
No there is a code on your box that gets you your channels Pm me what image you are using

If you press blue button on remote dream explorer your line details could be in 2 places try etc folder then CCcam. Cfg. If nothing in there try usr then keys then newcamd list
