Cable How do i set up cable

Hi, I have a Zgemma H2 box, I have successfully set up the sat side of it using the 'idiots guide' and the back up. However I now need to add my vm line. I did add it in with the other line at the time of entering in the newcamd.list however I cant seem to get any HD channels so I'm assuming this has not worked. Can anybody help? Where do I start?

You are correct in adding your line to your newcamd.list. If its a n line make sure you change the n at the beginning with cws =
Have you out your Virgin area code in when you scanned for Cable channels.
