How do I slow down the programme buttons

Hi I'm pressings the buttons to change channel for example 106 sky 1 but the time I've pressed 1 then 0 it turns over to BBC 1 I read somewhere u could slow it down some how but can't find the thread running the next wooshbuild if and sky skin

Try Menu-Setup-Usage & GUI-Channel Selection Settings and adjust channel delay settings.
