Hi, any advice for getting my Duo satellite settings unlocked please?
I purchased it second hand from the UK and need to move the Satellite settings to the NZ ones but they would appear to be locked and the seller is not contactable.
If I reset the box will this work and if so what are the other implications of doing this?
Or is there a better way?
I am a newbie so an "idiots guide" response would be appreciated.
