How to delete, reorganise and group the channels Zgemma star s2

I'm new to Zgemma star S2, demoted my openbox v8s to bedroom and set new box in lounge. on the openbox channel reorganisation was slow but a self explainatory. How the hell do i delete unwanted, move and regroup wanted channels.

help me plz

Thats EPG Video. To organise your channels go to menu setup/service searching/autobouquetsmaker/providers.
Pick your sky region. press ok then start scan.
They will all be in fav/catogories
