How to Get New Channels Added to IPTV Service

I'm currently using my IPTV sub using an m3u file through zgemma bouquet.

When my provider adds new IPTV channels to the service how do I get them, is it a case of completely downloading the original m3u file again or can I import the same m3u into echannelizer and it will pick them up?

The easiest would be just to be replace it
But I don't know if you have made any thing custom

If you have a Text editor, you can very easy add it that way

Or

add the new file. Hit tv button,menu and add the new channel to the old bouquet

Can anyone give me advice on IPTV.
Ican get smart IPTV on my Samsung smart tv. I also have kodi on a firestick.
