I have purchased several line form the same provider and initially they were very good responding to emails. There was a problem in January when they went quiet immediately after a purchase, before they then provided the line 8 days later. 3 weeks later they emailed to say the line was due to expire and should be re-purchased. Despite being only 3 weeks into the 12 m subscription. They never replied but the false end date they gave came and went without incident. This week though he line has gone off. Again I have emailed them, without reply. I can think of some drastic mot recover the money. But having 8 lines in total, would probably result in them all being terminated. Since I initially purchased their auto reply email has been updated and now states do open PayPal disputes We will Terminate your lines.
