how to sort out channels

press favourites virgin my channels comes up it is in alphabetical order
how do I get it sorted ie entertainment movies sport so that I do not need to keep scrolling down to get channel I want
it is a zgemma h2h

Why are you pressing favourites?...

Try pressing EPG and see what happens.

Or press tv
Brings up boquets eg sports movies etc

when I press tv it says 28.2e uk bouquets having problems setting up sky side.when I press all the virgin channels come up in alphabetical order don't know what I have done when I first got box it came up in sections like sports,entertainment,movies/
