ip address

hi , my ip address is not registered, have you any suggestions what i can try ???
pulling my hair out here .......

edit should say got cloud ibox 2+

box not connected to lan or reboot box and router as in off then on,check in network setting you have a green ball/tick saying connected.

thanks for reply buddy but all of what youve suggested ive tried and everything green ball/ticks are on ...........

did a network test and it has come up nameserver unconfirmed even though i did a test an hour before and it was fine ????????

i took that as you had no box ip which happens when no connection to lan,or you mean your line is not working?
