Is it normal to be charged a one off payment to run a panel as a reseller. Been quoted a one off payment of £50 to set up a panel from the server.

Quite common unless you find a nice supplier. Alot of people want x amount of credits brought upfront aswell

Thing is some people will give you a test line and then give you a shite panel so try and find someone decent

I know thats the number 1 priority is finding somebody decent . Had a great cs guy who looked after us .
