Iptv app on smart tv

Hi
I was wondering if anyone can help.
I have a new iptv app installed on my smart tv. The sub was loaded and seems to be working fine,but
next day a message comes up on screen 'reloading ' or no playlist. I contacted the fella who added the playlist. He says lines are fine his side.

Is there some setting which is removing it...

Tell him to relaid service mate or try turning tv off at socket wait a couple of mins then turn back on
 
Yes he reload it a couple of times and same thing keeps happening .
Was wondering if the app is removing it..
 
Think if its like my Samsung its the Smart Tv update you need to stop. On mine it was set by default to auto update so if you go into settings and set to manual. Its Samsung or whichever tv you have that will mess with your app.
