Iptv channels

Hi,
I have recently switched to iptv. I am receiving the channels through the smart iptv app, but was able obtain them through the zgemma h2s box. I manage to set them up on the box but the next morning the iptv channels disappear. I am however receiving the free channels but not the sub iptv ones.
Can you help

Go to menu setup system set up service searching and go through them till you see your iptv channels then tick them all then press green to save when Abm is updating your epg it's removing your iptv if you tick them all they won't get romoved press green to save

If your IPTV CHANNELS are disappearing, the setting you need to change is "Keep all non-ABM bouquets" to yes.
To get to the settings - Menu, setup, service searching, ABM, configure -


I'm presuming you meant when ABM is updating your channels, not EPG baz.
