Iptv On Samsung queries

hi

My friend has the smart iptv app and he is having a few minor issues.

1. He sometimes gets kicked out of the app randomly.

2. Occasionally some channels take longer to buffer.

His tv is not hard wired to router, don’t know if that could be causing the buffering issue.

Can't he try it hard wired or with him having Samsung smart TV tell him to try smart stb on Samsung TV will have to purchase it tho but is a good app to use all you do is give the provider the virtual mac address once purchased online
