IPTV Picture quality

Hi all

Aplogies for what may well be a "IPTV newbie" question.

I've been trying a few suppliers - (thank you all, you've all been super helpful) - and although it may be a bit subjective, I seem to be seeing a difference in picture quality between suppliers. I'm not talking about hangups, dropouts and glitches but the actual picture quality. I'm using HD for all my tests NOT SD or FHD.

Is this real or my imagination?

Every stream will be different some will be up scaled sd channels and some will be HD same with fhd some are just up scaled HD and some are fhd mate
