IPTV Setup query

I am trying to set up IPTV for my parents (although I am quite new to this!) and wanted some assistance - hoping someone can help.

The router is upstairs in the office, and the TV will be downstairs (there is no ethernet port near the TV).

What is the best way to set up the IPTV downstairs? I presume it will be via WIFI but not too sure exactly how to set it up.

Which device are you using and what is there average Internet speed please?

It will most probably be firestick (STBemu) - I'm not too experienced with other setups hence will probably use this.

Firestick in my opinion has a good WiFI signal, i never get drop outs

I have a Firestick in the bedroom running Smarters a good 10 metres from the router works no problem.
