IPTV Smarters issue

Anyone having any issues watching the footie via IPTV Smarters? Trying it on my android tablet with Nord VPN app running in the back ground but it won't connect. My sub works on my zgemma so it's an issue with Smarters.

Has your provider got isp lock on as isp lock only let's it connect to the first connection say you had it on zgemma plays fine you go to put it on android box won't play suggests ip lock to me
