Has anybody else updated to this new version where a VPN adder a been included(not savvy enough to know how to use it) also a speed tester as been included not the best in the world but it gives a good enough feedback also split screen imaging (again not tried to see how it works)the player itself is the same layout other than it now incorporates a direct record option.

Havnt tried it mate I prefer multiscreen xciptv player myself but will see if I can get it and put my multiroom sub on it see what it's like

I haven't tried that player but will give a trial as I have heard some good reports about it,but like all things in life it's a personal thing as to liking various options

Good to see smarters adding this feature.
Most people i know just pay for “surfshark” VPN.
Two years is £40 and unlimited connections.
Throw 20 friends and family on it works out £1:66 a month.

I've tried both Nord and PureVPN certificate links and get failed to extract on smarters vpn option. Do the files need to be configured differently?

Just tested Digibit went straight to asking for username and password others just said failed to extract.

I'll have a play when I have more time.

Smarters multiroom too.

Will be better if just on app don't know if it would work out of app if stayed connected
