Is it possible to use a Nano USB Wi-fi adapter on an Enigma 2 box?

Hi, I was hoping to tidy up my cables and replace the ethernet connecting my XPEED LX2 with a wifi adapter. It would need to be able to reach the router through a brick wall. My laptop has no problem if that is a good reference?
