If updated my box to open atv 6.2 but didn't have a tv guide so iv downloaded Cross t.v. guide v7 .6.0 but haven't got the listings for what is one can anyone help please thanks in advance

Personally I don't use one.
The VM stream beings in all the information you need. (Takes a minute or two to fill epg whilst watching a premium channel)
Populates your EPG as long as VM is set to yes in EPG settings.
This way there's no need to use cross or EPG importer plugins but you can if you want.
