ITV HD and Channel 4hd black screen

Any Ideas all hd channels working accept ITV HD and Channel 4HD vm black screen tried oscam 11.578 r798 and mgcamd 4.5
on Zegmma h3 2tc

could be provider issue, these two channels have regional versions, if your provider is a cache server and isn't yet getting the codes from its peers for your region then they will stay black until the peer with that region is fixed.

I've had the same issue for a while, sometimes it works fine other times black. It's the provider
