itv2hd and itv3 hd on 28.2e not clearing

Anyone else having problems with these channels not clearing, add itv4hd to that

they are clearing , but with big ecm times, so they're off more than on, if you get what I mean, nothing you can do about this at your end

it must be provider problems, in my house I have two different providers and I notice on one provider these channels work really poor and choppy but my other provider itv2hd either doesn't clear at all but itv3 and 4 hd are working fine.

Mine now working fine, provider issue which he has rectified.
6 hours later mine are now missing again and providers Itv hd channels have gone as well
